Ingredients for 6 people

4 plain yogurts

1/2 lemon

1 tbsp. of 4 spice mix

1 tbsp paprika

10 chicken fillets

1 large red onion

7 tomatoes​

1 kg of frozen fries

12 pitas

salad

parsley

salt

various sauces

Step 1/4

Mix the yogurts with the juice of half a lemon. Add chopped parsley, the 4 spice mix, the paprika, and salt and mix well. Cut the chicken fillets in half and pour the marinade over them. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours.

Step 2/4

Cut the onion three-quarters of the way through so it’s stable, and insert five skewers into the middle to create the base of the kebab. Skewer the chicken fillets one after the other, finishing with half a tomato.

Step 3/4

Place the kebab on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, surround it with frozen fries and bake for 40 minutes at 180°C.

Step 4/4

Fill the pitas with sauces, tomato slices, salad, onion pieces, meat and enjoy.
